What amenities are included in the rental?
Our beach house rental includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to outdoor spaces like two levels private decks and a hot tub and pool. We also provide gear: at least 5 beach chairs and a pool umbrella for your convenience.
Are Resort Amenities Included?
Yes! Your rental comes with amenity wrist bands for 16 guests. The wrist band allows access to the 4 ocean access points in the resort, the ocean front complex, pools and restrooms; the sound-front pool; trolley rides around the resort; and the sports center with workout euqipment, indoor pool, indoor courts and all outdoor courts.
What is the check-in and check-out process?
Rentals start and end on Saturdays. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Please adhere to these times to give the busy cleaning crew the time it needs to clean all the houses on their list!

Yes, our beach house is conveniently located within easy walking distance of several attractions, including local restaurants, shopping areas, and historic landmarks. You’ll find plenty to explore during your stay!
